My travel mates had never travelled before and were knocked out by the care and attention to detail of the staff, especially concierge Sebastian. Nothing was too much trouble, and our comfort and security were made priorities. In my many decades of travelling this was the most all- round positive hotel experience! Can’t wait to return.
